College Board Reports on Initiative to Increase Numbers of College Graduates
In 2007, the College Board formed a Commission on Access, Admissions and Success in Higher Education to address the need for improved college completions rates in the United States. It stressed 10 interdependent recommendations to be followed in order to reach the goal of at least 55% of all Americans gaining a postsecondary degree by the year 2025.
